Questions hosts ask
How is the price calculated?Your first home is €25 a month. The second is €20, the third €19, then €18, €17, €16 — and every home from the seventh is €15. Three homes = €64, five = €99, ten = €175.
What if I add or remove a home mid-month?The change is pro-rated on your next invoice. On a yearly plan, an added home is charged for the remaining months at the same discount.
Do guests pay anything extra?No. The nightly rate you set is what the guest pays, plus any cleaning fee you choose to add.
Can I keep listing on Airbnb and Booking.com?Yes. Sync your calendar with iCal so dates stay blocked everywhere.
Do the prices include VAT?No — all prices are shown before VAT. 24% Greek VAT is added to every invoice; businesses with a valid EU VAT number outside Greece are invoiced under reverse charge.
Is there a free trial?14 days, no card needed until your first listing goes live.
